Multi-stance system in action! Here's one of our drills from the October Off-Season Clinic working on the multi-stance system in a perimeter pattern. Goalies are moving between a high, medium and low stance depending on the shot threat and location of the puck. This is EP Goalie Coaching. WIN A @prolabsports.official CATCHBALL! Attend the November EP Goalie Coaching clinic and go in the draw to win a CATCHBALL from PROLAB Sports worth $30 USD. The CATCHBALL helps with hand-eye coordination, reaction, tracking, head trajectory, hand positioning, core speed and so much more.

“Goalie coaching in NZ is hard to come by. EP Goalie Coaching is very supportive to help me improve at being a goalie. He pinpoints areas for improvement and explains and demonstrates in a great way. I am getting a lot out of having Eythan support me.”
